Consumer Brand Manager (Lyon):

Looking for a Consumer Brand Manager in France who is ready for a new challenge

Responsibilities:

Consumer Brand Manager (Lyon):
As a Consumer Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Implementation of demand creation plans to establish a French Marketing strategy to deliver financial objectives alongside the French marketing Manager;
• Develop expert category, consumer, and market understanding to identify product development opportunities across France... European territories;
• Implement effective consumer demanddriving programs including PR, media (inc. TV, digital & social advertising), sales promotion, digital, social media and merchandising;
• Develop and manage B2B brand partnership activities and drive brand experiential strategy;
• Support with ongoing management and communication of French product line including new products, positioning, competitive analysis, and coordination of samples for customer selections;
• Work closely with the US team to secure and manage product asset library for all product lines, including sales sheets and presentations, imagery, instruction manuals, rich media content, and product specification files;
• Oversee and support completion of customer new line forms, specification forms (dimensions, cube, palletization, barcodes, batteries, warning copy, waste packaging) and uploading data to retailer's dedicated information portals;
• Supporting and organizing the French showroom, including updating graphics, creative assets, prototypes and new product sample displays (including occasional unsocial hours, sometimes at short notice).

Requirements:

Consumer Brand Manager (Lyon):
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, within consumer goods companies. Knowledge of the toy industry and experience in targeting parents and children preferred;
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
• Extensive experience in the full marketing mix strategy, planning, trade marketing, brand partnerships, events, market research, PR, ecommerce, CRM, digital including social media and product development;
• Product line management experience;
• Full working proficiency in French and English.

A salary indication between gross per month based on 40 hours per week depending on your knowledge and experience
