Pfizer is looking for a Passionate, Talented, Innovative Medical Affairs Scientist (MAS) in the Oncology Medical Affairs Department to cover maternity leave.

The hiring of the MAS Oncology, Hematology aligns with Pfizer's goal of fostering growth opportunities and leading scientific innovation in the Oncology Therapeutic Areas.

The MAS Oncology, Hematology will report to the MAS Line Manager in Oncology, Hematology.

Main Responsibilities
• Maintain high scientific standards during internal and external activities, offering profound medical and scientific expertise.
• Establish strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned area.
• Integrate customer medical insights into the country's medical and brand strategies.
• Contribute to the implementation of local medical strategies and life cycle clinical plans for Oncology medicine.
• Provide scientific and medical data to healthcare professionals and decision-makers to ensure safe and effective product usage.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and regulations.

Qualifications
• Medical degree is mandatory.
• Specialty training or PhD in Hematology or Oncology is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical company is advantageous.
• Prior experience in clinical research is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical development processes.
• General knowledge in relevant Therapeutic Area preferred.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
