We currently have a graduate opportunity for a R&D Statistician to join our Clinical Affairs team! This could be based from our Medical Devices Centre of Excellence in Witney, Oxfordshire, or from our Maidenhead office.

You will be involved in:
• End-to-end clinical trials for a variety of global projects lasting from 4 to 18 months.
• All stages of clinical studies, from study set-up, programming and analysis, to writing reports and presenting results.
• Supporting the statistical development, evaluation and verification of stability, calibration and product release methods by use of appropriate statistical methodologies.
• Collaborating cross-functionally alongside scientists, engineers and clinical research associates to develop our pipeline products.

In this role, you would be joining a vibrant, friendly and diverse group, and can expect to work... across a varied range of projects and statistical techniques. Our teams collaborate to form a network of Statistics professionals, and offer members the opportunity to share best practices, leverage insights and skill-sharing, and build personal career expertise and professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mathematics, Statistics or similar.
• Good oral and written communication skills to be able to collaborate with different people within the department, prepare reports, interpret results, and provide effective summaries for specialist and non-specialist audiences.
• Organised and flexible in your approach to work, with good attention to detail to ensure that data and analyses are accurate.

• Programming experience especially in SAS would be advantageous.
