Position: Marketing Coordinator - Latam
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. Your main role will involve collaborating with the Marketing Director and senior management to be a key player in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies for different brands within our real estate investment firm. You will also handle the analysis of campaign performance data, creating interesting content for social media and blogs, and contributing to grassroots or guerrilla marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing Campaigns:
• Contribute to the planning and execution of social media marketing strategies across various platforms without limiting to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Develop compelling content, such as text, images, and videos, to boost brand visibility, drive traffic, and... generate leads.
• Maintain social media channels, engage with followers, and address comments and messages promptly.

Content Creation:
• Generate innovative ideas and craft high-quality content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect content ideas, conduct research, and ensure content alignment with brand messaging and goals.

Campaign Analysis:
• Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversion rates for social media campaigns utilizing analytics tools.
• Compile weekly reports summarizing campaign performance, insights, and suggestions for enhancement.
• Spot trends and improvement opportunities through data analysis and market studies.

Grassroots / Guerrilla Marketing:
• Contribute to the creation and execution of grassroots marketing strategies, including community events, partnerships, and sponsorships.
• Participate in coordinating guerrilla marketing tactics, like street art, flash mobs, and viral campaigns, to create excitement and interest.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to align social media and content strategies with overall business objectives.
• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to organize marketing activities and ensure brand coherence.

• Preferably hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong enthusiasm for social media marketing, content creation, and digital storytelling.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.
• Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools. Approach challenges with creativity and problem-solving skills while being open to learning and adapting in a dynamic setting.
• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing is advantageous
