Senior Manager Business Unit Hematology

What you will do:

In this vital role you will be accountable for developing strategies and the implementation of them through sales force, marketing & cross functional team to improve revenues in hematology business in Mexico.
• Develop Local Bran Plan, according to lifecycle, access & LRS expectation.
• Ensures right Targeting & Segmentation on the field (supported by SME)
• Establish important metrics for Sales Force to ensure the accurate implementation of Mkt tactics (supported by... SME)
• Partners with the Medical in the development and conduction of the Medical Affairs and promotional strategies
• Successful realization of events in C3 platform (budget, venues, documentation, etc.)
• Attracts, develops, and retains talents, and ensures effective coaching and performance assessment.
• In partnership to PSP team, develop & implement strategies to increase patient's adherence.
• Ensure the implantation of C360 campaigns & digital initiatives.
• Enhance & reinforce our Compliance culture.
• Follow up to Compliance recommendations & findings.

What we seek in you as an experienced professional, are these qualifications and skills:

Minimum Requirements:
• Higher academic education (University or MBA degree)
• Established experience in industry
• Proven ability in Marketing Management
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written communications
• Documented track record of success, incl. product launches
• Digital literacy (MS Office programs)
• Management information (IQVIA, Close Up, INEFAM, etc)
• Basic finance skills (P&L)

Preferred Requirements:
• 5 years in a leading pharmaceutical/biotechnology company
• Expertise in Franchise area (e.g., Hematology, Oncology, etc.)
• Previous track record as BU manager
• Management experience of a relevantsized team
• 1 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical selling
