Role Description

We are looking for an Experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional client engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and... goals, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions that align with client expectations.
• Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is heard and acted upon.
• Strategically identify opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Lead regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and present new opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements:
• Analyze client data and feedback to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in client relationship management
• Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach to client engagement.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret client data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for effective client management.

Our work setting:
• Full-time employment
• Office-based in Sylhet
• Compensation ranges from Tk. 25,000 to Tk. 35,000 per month during the probation period of 3 months.
• Negotiable salary for exceptional candidates
• 6 days/week, 10 AM-7 PM office hours with an hour break.
