Job Title: Legal Sales Development Representative / Account Executive

You will be responsible for generating new revenue from medium-sized US businesses by successfully identifying and qualifying new prospects. The Sales Development Representative will be required to prospect for new legal business (mainly in the personal injury industry) via... phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Work Schedule:

Full Time.

Core working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (-06:00 GMT). Monday – Friday, with 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities:

You will research each prospective company, identify the decision-makers, and craft highly personalized outreach communications for them (email/social/phone).

Research

Identify and determine if the prospective company fits our target industry segments/niches. Based on preset criteria, determine if the prospective company has a need. Identify the appropriate senior-level decision-maker.

Prospect

Using an omnichannel and highly personalized approach, including by phone, email and social DM, contact the prospect(s) and attempt to generate interest. We have several tools that can be used to do so.

Convert

Get prospects to convert into a completed lead form and exploratory sales appointment for our CEO. For inbound leads, it means qualifying and converting them into a sales appointment or relegating them to our email nurturing program.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience selling to US businesses.
• Experience or formal education in the Legal industry.
• A track record of over-achievement by exceeding sales quotas and being a top inside sales representative.
• Experience doing +80 phone, email and social media prospecting per day.
• Formal sales training.
• Experience selling business services or managed services to a business audience.
• Experience selling solutions that are $12,000+USD
• Excellent email communication skills – cohesive, logical and effective.

Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
• Previous CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot).

Language Requirement:
• C2 Level English proficiency.

Benefits and Commissions:
• Payment in USD or Local Currency available according to candidate's preference.
• Uncapped commission structure based on completed appointments, sales closed and MRR from sold prospects
