We are looking for an experienced professional to collaborate in the integration for Tennant Company in Central East Europe.

The right candidate will know how to work efficiently in a finance team spread across the region, collaborating closing with the business and interacting with the other teams, locally and internationally.

He/She will participate in the integration of a newly acquired business in CEE.

He/She is responsible to communicate the reporting and business analysis to the CEE... Finance Manager.

He/She collaborates with the controllership finance team to ensure compliance and accounting accuracy.

• The Financial Analyst will be based in Prague and directly report to the CEE Finance Manager. In addition, this role will have a strong involvement with the CEE organization and will work closely with the management team. The position will also work in close relationship with the EMEA finance team.
• Considering a series of undergoing transformation activities, the candidate will be required to work across different locations with the need to travel.

• Collaborate with the local accounting and finance team.
• Day-by-day financial management.
• Cooperate in ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial results, in accordance with local and US GAAP.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reviews/analysis on key management performance indicators to help the team making data driven decisions.
• Support in providing monthly country results and forecast review meetings with CEE Finance Manager.
• Provide management with Ad Hoc analysis and support as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for external auditors and advisors in respect of local entities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proactive and hands-on individual who can operate at the highest professional and ethical standards; positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive relationship builder at local and corporate level.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure and to tight deadline.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Economics.
• 4 years’ experience in Finance Analysis function.
• You have excellent knowledge of Excel and power point.
• SAP experience highly preferred, PBI is an advance.
• Your level of English and other CEE language is excellent
