Your new role
This positioncontributes to developing and building the sports brand marketingstrategy and marketing plans in Chile for the basic/premium linear &DTC business.
The Sports Marketing Manager is a... creative,strategic, goal-oriented, bold storyteller, and passionate person.

Therole will have a broad multicultural and social vision to workalongside the Regional Marketing, Distribution and ad Sales, PartnerMarketing, PR/Comms, Production, and Product teams to achieve thebusiness objectives.

The role holder will need to successfullycoordinate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders inWBD, our Sports Networks, and regional partners to ensure campaignswork within the overall marketing strategy, are seamlessly executed,and drive subscriber acquisition and retention.

Your new roleaccountabilities**- Lead the implementation of the Brand strategyand Marketing plans for TNT Sports, Estadio, and HBO MAX support inChile.
• Define and prioritize Brand campaigns for Sports platformsaiming at driving acquisition and retention.
• Partner with productand performance marketing teams to ensure subscriber communicationsare aligned with the brand proposition.
• Coordinate with regionalmarketing teams to ensure marketing efforts are consistent with theoverall marketing and brand framework.
• Manage marketingbudgets.
• Utilize data, analytics, and insights to measuremarketing effectiveness and drive decisionmaking.
• Effectivelybuild and maintain strong partnerships in a highly matrixedorganization, managing multiple stakeholders
• Partner withresearch and analytics to continue to refine methodologies formeasuring the impact of all paid media and marketing efforts.
• Partner with Publicity teams to coordinate messaging and maximizeexposure through earned and bought media.
• Leverage existing owneddigital platforms and social media channels to cultivate an audienceand convert to subscribers.
• Interface with the team in charge ofdistribution partners to help support marketing campaigns. Strategizeways to share and leverage assets and tactics.
Qualifications& Experiences
• Experienced in marketing PTV (premium) and D2C(sportsoriented).
• Digital product marketing experience,acquisition, retention, and growth marketing perspective is amust.
• Experience in using datadriven marketing to supportdecisions.
• Experience in launching and sustaining major globalbrands, content, or franchises.
• Have worked on projects fromdevelopment through to completion.
• Experienced in leading othersin a matrixed environment.
• Previous experience in sportsmarketing either within a major television broadcaster, studio or SVODservice is nice to have.
• Able to travel internationally based onbusiness needs.
Other Nice to Have
• Media,entertainment, and/or Sports marketing experience to strategy andexecution is a plus.
• High level and fluency in English is amust.
