Well-known construction company, located in Ville Mont-Royal, is currently looking for an administrative assistant to support its executive team!

What will your day look like! Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Administrative Assistant will proactively assist and support the daily administrative activities of the company's management team.

Benefits :

Permanent Position
Location: Town of Mont Royal
Salary: 65k-70k plus annual bonus
Social benefits after 3 months
4 weeks vacation 2 weeks at Christmas , 2 for construction holidays
Standard schedule: Monday to Friday between 8h30 to 5h00
100 % on site

Responsibilities:

-Management of the calendar and appointments of members of the executive
-Plan and coordinate appointments, meetings (on-site and off-site) and management events
- Diary and travel management
- Preparation and monitoring of documents
- Writing emails, letters and reports
- Pay bills o Monitor budgets and... special projects
- Ensure the logistical organization of special projects or organized events (caterers, dinners, external delegations)

Qualifications sought

-Excellent linguistic and written skills in French and English
- Good MS Office suite skills
- Experience in a similar position
- Diploma in secretarial work, administration or any other equivalent diploma (asset)
--Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues, partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
-Discretion and teamwork
