We are currently looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator and Administrator for our Tax GES team whose main mission will be to provide administrative and coordination support to a team of Tax experts.We are currently looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator and Administrator for our Tax GES team whose main mission will be to provide administrative and coordination support to a team of Tax experts.

Your next challenge:
• On our global lead accounts:
• Active involvement in the global coordination of the engagement:
• Preparing account meetings
• Developing and managing global billing coordination to ensure smooth reporting to client
• Assistance in preparing global network communications
• Preparation of reporting to client (e.g. status tax return preparation in all countries)
• Active involvement in supporting the engagement team:
• From a compliance perspective: updating compliance tools and retrieving reports
• Organization of tax briefing meetings
•... Assistance with global mailbox management
• Regular client contacts and attendance to client meetings
• Tax Compliance management:
• Becoming “champion” of our global compliance tool and active management & support to team
• Assistance to our Senior Compliance Manager in preparing the weekly compliance meeting, i.e. pulling report, review statistics
• “Employee experience”: regular contacts with expat to follow-up on work delivered and obtain feedback
• General assistance to team:
• e.g. preparing/reviewing/finalizing power point presentation

Your skills:
• Bachelor degree in administrative support or secretarial field. A first relevant experience would be considered as an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, service-minded and attention to detail
• Curiosity and willingness to work hands-on with teams in a Tax environment
• Capacity to interact and connect with various stakeholders
• Organisation and rigor, ability to handle and prioritize numerous and diverse tasks
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines as well as being autonomous with a sense of initiative
• Fluency in English, any other European language being an asset
