gap healthcare is recruiting on behalf of their client who are seeking a Service Manager for a Supported Living Service in Westcliff On Sea, Essex.

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the staff team and the service location. You will be ensuring the service user is being supported to the correct standard and in line with all regulatory requirements.

The role will be service based in Westcliff On Sea and contracted to 40 hours per week. You must be flexible and willing to work on a rota and be able to take part in on-call duties.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• To manage the day to day running of the service
• To manage all aspects of the staff team and provide leadership to ensure staff are clear about their duties and responsibilities.
• To ensure that individual care plans are developed, implemented and updated for all service users.
• Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company... policy and procedures.

Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
• Previous Senior/Team Leader experience supporting services users with complex care requirements
• Full Driving Licence
