As a Junior Account Manager, key job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Achieving individual targets, both markets based and for specific relationships to make a significant contribution towards the success of the region Delivering trainings in-person or online for the Agents Attending Agent Fairs and Events Carrying out competitive business analysis within the region Identifying new agents & new business opportunities such as teachers & group leaders, corporate clients Organizing presentations for the new... business prospects Travelling to strategically important cities in Latin America with agents' presence or strong business potential Assist with designing and implementing the strategy of offline marketing such networking activities. Driving student opportunities to achieve challenging targets for UK, Ireland, US and Canada Promoting KLG on an on-going basis to generate new leads in market by working with established key stakeholders, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Liaising effectively with all Kaplan agents and the international KLG colleges to ensure that the targets are met Evaluating recruitment and marketing activities in the region and working within budgetary requirements Developing market specific collateral to support sales and recruitment in The Americas (liaising with the Marketing department) Providing support on market-based projects and regional strategy as specified by the Regional Manager Other related activities as required by the Regional ManagerMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
