Sales Account Managers have 3 core focuses: 1. Close... deals with existing accounts and with leads. 2. Manage and build strong long-lasting relationships with their accounts. 3. Effectively maintain account records & action items required in our CRM & SOPs. Office hours are 9 am – 6 pm EST Monday – Friday. Job Description As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building an ongoing leads funnel with several active and new accounts. You will answer their product and shipping inquiries while building a long-lasting relationship through different communication channels like phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and Skype. Strong communication and comprehension skills are a must to succeed. Measurements of success within this role include: The total dollar value of goods sold within each month. The total number and frequency of sales orders per existing account per quarter. Client retention per quarter. Sales to new accounts each month. You will follow our sales process and SOPs to deal with objections, provide product and shipping details, handle requests, follow up on opportunities, and consistently maintain your accounts' data in our CRM. You may also have the chance to strengthen our work culture by supporting the learning of new and existing team members on best practices and onboarding. If you are selected to be promoted to a Team Lead/Manager & you will be responsible for retaining talent, hiring, training, and coaching team members further building out a successful Sales Team. Qualification and requirements: General Role Expectations: Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs Generating new sales using assigned accounts Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers promptly Report on the status of accounts and transactions Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives Monitor sales metrics Actual vs Targets (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Position-Specific Skills: Confident & Relentless People Person Integrity Minded Passion for Excellence High Level of Organization Detail/Accuracy oriented High Computer proficiency: Very comfortable on the computer using CRM software (Salesforce), Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite and learning new tools on the computer to increase efficiency.o Learning & Growth Mindset: Whether it be new applications required, processes, or ways we do things. The learning will be ongoing and continuous to improve what/how we do through simplification. Resourcefulness Outcome-focused Communication skills Confidentiality: You will be dealing with confidential data, not just the company’s but our partner’s and staff’s. Confidentiality is critical to our operations and should never be compromised. Compensation structure Sales Reps have 2 revenue sources: 1. Salary, based on experience + benefits (provided by BPO) 2. Spiffs, monthly bonuses for specific products sold or revenue targets o SAMs are eligible after their initial 3 months (Probation period) o Spiffs run all year, but spiff seasons run in August and from October to January. o Spiffs are usually limitless and can typically range between $50 - $800/month. The highest paid is $1200 USD to a single individual in a month. Qualifications and Requirements ✓ Preferred Strong technology devices knowledge (as a hobby or because of prior experience) Managed accounts (US/CAN or LATAM) in the last 3 years Have followed SOPs, templates, and scripts to communicate with clients Experience managing a pipeline of 100+ accounts Proficient in managing emails and making phone calls to communicate with accounts Very comfortable with messaging tools (WhatsApp, Skype, etc.) to communicate with accounts Perks and Benefits Commission #J-18808-Ljbffr
