About the role:
We now have a permanent, full-time position available for a Management Accountant to join the team. As Management Accountant you play a pivotal role in compiling financial reports, conducting financial analysis and providing insight to support strategic decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant End of Month financial reports.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager - FP&A to develop and implement... efficient reporting processes.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse financial data to support cost control and optimisation efforts.
• Assisting in preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with the Customer Streams to provide financial insights and guidance during the budgeting process.
• Build strong working relationships with various Customer Streams within the organisaion.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in an Accounting or Finance discipline, including CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification (or currently working towards it)
• Prior or current experience in a Big4 or mid-tier accounting firm is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Be able to work within a small team as well as autonomously.
• Ability to multitask and manage a wide variety of tasks whilst always meeting deadlines.
• The ability to use initiative and sound judgement in resolving problems.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across all areas of the business.
