One of Ireland’s leading Law Firms have just opened a truly unique role within their HR Team. In this operational role, you will support a PA Function of over 50 experienced professionals from recruitment through the employee lifecycle. You will be their point of contact within HR Operations and support their ongoing development and the improvement of processes for this function throughout the firm.

In addition, as part of the wider HR Operations team, you will play a key role in technology implementation and process optimisation for the firm more broadly. Making use of your skills in strategic leadership and your passion for continuous improvement, you will be a driving force in the ongoing development of processes for both PAs and the wider firm population.

Duties in this role will include:
• Manage all members of the PA function from recruitment through onboarding and onwards throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage any conflict or employee relations issues with members of the... PA function.
• Develop and deliver training and support to all members of the PA function.
• Take ownership for day-to-day organisation and ongoing improvement of the HR processes for the PA function.
• Collaborate with outsourced providers for payroll and technology services.
• Identify and implement options and systems to allow for flexible working solutions for PA function.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a HR Management / HR Operations role within the Professional Services sector.
• Strong leadership skills – experience leading and motivating teams.
• Knowledge of HR best practice, and employment laws.
• Experience working with HR Systems (CoreHR / People XD)
• Change Management experience
