As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will design and execute complex marketing programs that support lead generation, brand awareness, customer advocacy, and more. You will serve as a partner and advocate for the sales teams in your region and play an essential role helping them meet their goals. The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, strategic, and passionate about education. WHAT YOU'LL BE... DOING Build an ongoing partnership with regional sales leaders to understand educator needs and sales strategies by territory Develop and execute regional marketing programs that are aligned to sales goals and initiatives Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales teams to strategically cultivate new markets Lead customer advocacy activities in the field, including identifying power users and partnering with them to share the IXL story Contribute to a wide range of regional and national marketing campaigns by defining goals, writing copy, and working cross-functionally on design and execution WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR BA/BS degree 6
years experience in marketing Experience in education or educational technology a plus Written communication:
You are an exceptional writer with the ability to articulate the value propositions of IXL to different audiences and in a variety of formats Interpersonal skills:
You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels You like to get things done, and get them done efficiently:
You must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, organized, resourceful, and have the ability to coordinate projects from start to finish.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
