We are looking for 4 x Well-Being Sales Executive & 2 x Senior Sales.

You will be offering a well-being solution / service that can change employees’ lives, save lives and help businesses add real benefit and value to their employee offering whilst caring about well-being.

A multi-faceted solution, superbly competitive pricing, and a disruptor in the Australian healthcare market – This is an entry level sales role for a genuinely motivated salesperson who believes in helping people and offering a mental health solution to business!

THIS ROLE: You need at least 18months in a b2b sales role.

We are recruiting a Wellbeing Consultant, who is focused on success, commitment, and a passion for sales. Within this role, you will be expected to sit appointments set by you, or a Wellbeing Executive, and consult with potential clients to hold a live demonstration of our service. You will build, support, and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and close new business. You should have experience within a similar role, ideally in a B2B outbound sales role. We will support you and offer a clear progression plan, meaning that you will understand what it takes to be a high performer in Health Assured and how you can achieve your career goals with us.

Who will you be?
• A salesperson, motivated and determined to do well with very strong 1 year in b2b sales or 18months+ sales experience.
• Passionate about well-being and offering a genuinely (potentially) life changing solution and service into the Australian market.
• Understand that this is a marathon not a sprint – build it, grow with it and forge a brilliant career
• You will no1 have the right morals and attitude towards this solution and a passion for it, but still confident and capable of hitting targets and achieving a genuinely achievable, lucrative bonus/commission.
• You will be positive, mentally agile, a fluid communicator.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
• Responsible for completing between 4-6 sales demonstrations per day, including web leads, inbound calls, qualified new business opportunities and existing client upsells.
• Working smart to maximise opportunity via outbound calls, emails and marketing insight tools to maximise deal value through multi solution sales offerings.
• Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of Wellbeing Executives to ensure high performance.
• Work with autonomy to structure your day so that performance is optimised.
• Ensure pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast paced sale journey.
• To be an expert in our products and services to ensure a solution lead & consultative approach to sales.
• To engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level.
• To build effective relationships with existing customers, by use of probing questioning, clarification and language.
• To add value by positively and enthusiastically discussing our company, brand, values, and products & services to ensure that a professional image is always provided to customers and colleagues.
• Achieving set sales targets & goals – with a desire to exceed KPIs daily.
