Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and maximizing their business potential? Idealpos is a Brisbane based, Australian owned Point of Sale (POS) company providing Point of Sale solutions for hospitality and retail businesses across Australia. As a part of the Oolio family we are at the forefront of software integrations and offer end-to-end solutions for our customers tech requirements. We are looking for someone with 2 years plus sales and hospitality industry experience, tech savvy, and looking to take the next step into a customer focused face-to-face sales role with the potential for career growth. You will excel at creating and closing new opportunities and know how to use your hospitality/tech knowledge to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Your key responsibilities will be to
• Develop initiatives and plans to generate new business
• Meet with potential clients and present the Idealpos... solutions tailored to their business needs
• Prepare client proposals/quotations
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand and optimize their use of Idealpos solutions
• Attend weekly sales meeting with the teams
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing client
• Demonstrate Idealpos to prospective clients with confidence
• Attend trade shows and sales events to create lead
• Proactively work towards achieving set sales targets and KPI’
• Attend weekly sales meetings at our Brisbane office

About You:
• Ideally, you will have 2+ years' experience in a sales role within the retail or hospitality sector
• Have a current drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
• Experience with POS and Payments would be highly regarded.
• Be willing to learn and create opportunities in a supported environment
• Have full Australian working rights.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of achieving your targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
