The candidate must have experience in the end-to-end sourcing with a focus in Facility Management Services including Integrated Facility Management, Cleaning, Security, Records Management and other facility related services.

Your responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Facility Management buyers/procurement specialists.
• Consult and support Business Partners on all matters relating to the Sourcing of Facility Management Services.
• Development and execution of procurement strategies within a complex, high spend, and highly visible category;
• Independently lead the implementation of tender initiatives and contract negotiation as project lead via e-sourcing tools;
• Establish and maintain a close relationship with internal and external Business Partners as well as vendors;
• Manage a challenging, broad role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple clients and executing strategic sourcing activities professionally;
• Coordinate commercial, operational, and legal... aspects with relevant experts in a cross-functional team;
• Collaboration on global procurement strategies and implementation of regional requirements;
• Provide key stakeholder support in the sourcing lifecycle - including driving sourcing, RFI, RFP, evaluation, drafting, contracting, on-boarding, negotiations, supplier management, etc.
• Collaboration on special projects in interdisciplinary (global) teams;
• Review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors for Facility Management services contracts.
• Development and implementation of Service Level Agreements and Scope or Works.
• Identification of typical sourcing risks and contractual mitigation/management of such;
• Manage senior stakeholder as well as complex vendor/client relationships;
• Build rapport with clients and maintain professionalism in communications with all levels of client stakeholders;
• Maintaining technologies/ processes/ tools to ensure compliance with the client processes, including of e-sourcing and procurement tools.

Your profile:
• Bachelor and/or Master's degree, with focus on Facility Management would a plus.
• Fluent in both German and English languages (written and spoken).
• Several years (>7 years) in-dept experience in strategic procurement of Facility Management Services, expertise in the Swiss Facility Management market would be an advantage.
• Good analytical and conceptual skills and quick understanding of complex content, figures and interfaces;
• Ability to utilize procurement and financial data to understand spending trends and to leverage information to identify procurement insights that result in process efficiencies or cost savings for our clients;
• Proactive, flexible, and client-focused personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment of a fast growing company with nor fear of dealing with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity;
• Ability to think out of the box and willingness to contribute actively in a dynamic environment;
• Very good self-organization and proven project management skills;
• Team player with high social competences demonstrating discretion, reliability, integrity and shows ability to quickly build trust with client's stakeholders and within the team.
