This is a full-time role with some flexibility for remote work.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.Responsible for sales development on microscope for the region.Network and propose potential business deals new... opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics center, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, University, Agriculture labs, FSL, Industry etc.Arranging appointments with doctors, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.The Medical Device Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.Sales target achievements- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivityImplementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/ RSM/ NSMDaily reporting and feedback of customer calls.Responsible for assigned area sales, collecting outstanding, Doctor calling, hospital visits, complaints handling.Analyze the region and market's potential, track sales.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.Actively meet the customers daily, weekly and monthly as per need.Learn how product does work and how to troubleshoot the issues.Prepare and submit the weekly report to the Management.QualificationsBachelor or Master's degree2-4 years of experience in sales and Business management experience in medical devices, Microscopes, Scientific Instruments, Laboratory productstrong sales skills, energy levelStrong business acumen and market orientation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsPackage Fixed CTC up-to 4LPA + Attractive Monthly IncentiveBenefitsFlexible scheduleFlexible EnvironmentProvident Fund15 Paid Leaves16 Holidays + 1 Optional Holiday18 Earn Leaves
