We are seeking a hard working, enthusiastic individual to develop Leadfindr revenue by managing a lead generation and sales effort primarily by phone and internet communication. You will be expected to prospect and develop new customer leads in agreed vertical market segments, introduce the Leadfindr service, qualify the prospect based on their lifetime value and their fit with addressable Twitter conversations and close business on a monthly basis. In doing so, you will call into prospective customers, build relationships with the decision makers and qualify their business needs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive revenue and market size.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
• Understand both the possibilities and the limitations of the software and sell solutions which do not demand additional integration work.
• Create & articulate compelling these value propositions around the use of Leadfindr.
• Accelerate customer... adoption.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline. *Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years experience in an Inside Sales role and a proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience generating leads in the marketing services sector would be highly beneficial.
• An understanding of the software industry, and preferably experience selling SaaS solutions over the phone.
REQUIREMENTS
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and an impeccable telephone manner.
• Hard core expertise in social media, particularly the use of Twitter and LinkedIn.
• The ability to get your brain around our technology, and explain it in simple or complex terms to prospects over the phone
