Johnson & Johnson MedTech Vision is offering an exciting role for a: Project Manager within its J&J Vision Supply Chain business in the EMEA region. This role can be based in London OR any J&J Vision Site in the EU.

To be part of our six-member team. The primary responsibility will be leading Vision projects, including new product launches. This position necessitates close collaboration with various functional areas such as Distribution, Finance, IT, Quality, Planning, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory Affairs, as well as with partners in the US, Switzerland, and Ireland. The job location is flexible, with a preference for Ireland, the UK, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Italy, and Spain, although applicants from other countries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leads and coordinates efforts of interdisciplinary teams responsible for the design, implementation, launch and post-launch assessment of supply chain projects.
• Is responsible for project planning, budget, resource management, governance and risk analysis.
• Develops, implements, and maintains processes, metrics, and tools that govern and support services, new product launches and suggests process improvements.
• Communicates project status, risks, and potential of new opportunities to the organisation. Facilitates regular project updates and reviews with functional leaders.
• Adheres to J&J quality, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
