Job Description:

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager, working from home in Nelson, New Zealand. This is a part-time entry-level position, ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in creating and maintaining organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and documents for management as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all business and personnel information.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Plan and coordinate office events and activities as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are... met.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.

Requirements:
- Must be passionate and motivated about their work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
