About the role

Key responsibilities :
• Perform the function of a Duty Manager while assisting in the management of the Hotel’s Front Office.
• Meeting and greeting VIP guests
• Managing the hotel’s technology systems
• Financial reporting (revenue)
• Maintaining guest relationships, requirements and feedback

Skills & experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Exemplary customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Immaculate personal grooming
• Strong leadership qualities to engage and inspire a close knit team
• Financial acumen, invoicing and budgeting experience
• Development and Implementation of SOPs
• Experience recruiting and training
• Understanding of reports, checklists and other tasks as directed by management
• Excellent knowledge of hotel PMS, preferably Opera
• General Manager Certificate
• Full Drivers License Class 1
