The Studio Manager is responsible for operating and overseeing all front of house... fitness studio operations, as well as leading and developing their sales team.
The Studio Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators including membership sales and renewals, retail, and nutrition sales, as well as mentoring and coaching all sales staff in various sales techniques, regulating workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service.
The Studio Manager works closely with their assigned Regional Sales Manager on managing, training, and coaching all sales staff, coordinating studio events, and adhering to and in support of all Burn Boot Camp business and employee policies for impeccable studio operations.
The Studio Manager will develop and lead a high energy culture within the studio and ensure Burn Boot Camp branding through consistency and continuity.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling process of new hires.
-Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to train, develop, sales staff members.
-Manage and oversee sales staff workflow throughout the day.
-Come up with incentive programs and drives results with sales staff.
-Ensure that all front desk processes are followed including but not limited to:
proper member check-in, telephone inquiries, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls/To Dos from our Communication and Lead platform, change requests and document scanning, Member Account handling on our CRM -Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service with our Blue Carpet Experience -Uphold and adhere to all studio cleanliness and sanitation standards by setting the example, this includes but not limited to, restroom checks, equipment cleaning and sanitation, mopping floors, wipe downs, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
-Well versed in social media platforms -Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to develop initial and ongoing sales drivers (presale events, studio events, outreach).
-Develop a high energy culture through incentives, in-gym member events, and community events.
-Other duties/projects, as needed and assigned, to support successful studio operations and goal achievement.
- Manage the Childwatch Team along with the Childwatch Lead - Mindbody responsibilities will include data integrity as it relates to contracts and members account info, new retail SKU entry, updated billing information, inventory management, assigning key tags, - Work within the budget set forth by the FP to order office, restroom, and cleaning supplies.
- Re Merchandise the retail center on a monthly basis to keep the look fresh and updated.
- Have weekly touchpoints with the Lead Trainer to align on current focuses, provide any feedback from members while assisting them in the moment.
- Oversee any member issues that cannot be resolved by the Burn Ambassadors.
- Manage the Childwatch team alongside the Childwatch Lead QUALIFICATIONS - Must be a high producer in autonomous working situations and a self-motivator.
- Have had prior experience leading small teams.
- Able to easily learn and navigate software systems and maintain records.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Have a high level of understanding and presence in social media.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and follow through.
Job Type:
