Join Our Team as an Account Manager in Germany!

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? A global Polyolefin Compounding Company is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our WP Sales team, focusing on our regional accounts in DACH region.

Position : Account Manager Germany

Reporting to : Director of Sales Europe

Responsibilities :
• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with regional accounts in Germany & Austria.
• Lead negotiations, implementation, and compliance of agreements to drive profitable growth.
• Develop site-specific customer strategies and programs to retain business and improve market share.
• Manage pricing strategy and expand product categories for increased market share.
• Conduct extensive travel to prioritize customer action planning and meet growth objectives.

Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales... experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the plastic industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to establish and build relationships at all levels.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Team player willing to travel extensively for business meetings and training.
