Your challenge:
• Assumption of direct sales responsibility and support of national key accounts in the food retail sector
• Acquisition of new customers / customer groups within defined market and customer segments
• Achievement of budgeted sales and earnings targets
• Development of customer-related marketing and sales strategies
• Implementation of national and customer-specific promotion and advertising activities
• Responsible... conduct of annual negotiations in the customers headquarters
• Continuous market and competitor analysis
• Strategic development of the business unit
• Interdisciplinary cooperation within the framework of holistic customer management
• Active involvement in the company's future-oriented projects

Our Requirements:
• Apprenticeship or studies with a focus on business administration or comparable experience
• Experience in (key) account management and negotiation skills in dealing with customers. Here you show assertiveness, commitment and tact
• A history with some of the regional German food retailers is required, experience with national food retailers an advantage
• Ideally an existing and reliable network in the mentioned customer groups
• Very good strategic and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and the ability to persuade others
• Very good and presentation-fluent German skills required, as well as sound English skills
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license for cars
