A Brief Overview
This role is responsible for partnering with senior leadership to identify opportunities and drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This includes partnering to understand / document the current state of the business model / operations / processes, envision the optimal future state and design / implement solutions to achieve future state objectives. The position collaborates cross-functionally to determine people, process, technology, and information needs to enable the organization to operationalize its strategy and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.

What you will do

Provides direction, guidance and define business solution and systems architecture to effectively support business strategy

Designs and implements strategies to transform the business, improve efficiency and enable achievement of business results

Develops strong relationship with senior leadership and business owners across assigned area(s) to understand business needs, conduct requirements gathering and analysis, and design and drive implementation

Leads process discussions to gain feedback and data on business unit's needs, connecting them to enterprise-wide needs and goals

Employs data-driven analyses to develop insights and identify opportunities

Facilitates collaboration across senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or relevant educational or professional experience required

Master's Degree in Business preferred

Experience Qualifications

Required:

12+ years of related experience (business architecture, business analysis, process improvement, enterprise transformation)

Preferred:

experience in management consulting (specific to transformation, business architecture / process design and / or operational excellence) OR

industry / domain experience in employee benefits, benefits management, insurance, human resources operations / compliance and / or healthcare

Skills and Abilities

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with a track record of successfully presenting to senior leadership (Advanced proficiency)

Extensive experience planning and deploying critical business initiatives or playing a lead role in enterprise-wide projects (Advanced proficiency)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to apply architectural and Lean / Six Sigma principles to develop business solutions (Advanced proficiency)

Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and requirements and convert them into solution designs and / or project plans (Advanced proficiency)

Strong understanding of and ability to perform root cause analysis of identified challenges utilizing critical thinking and asking intuitive questions to uncover details about the business situation (Advanced proficiency)

Experience building business cases and assessing return on investment coupled with solid understanding of financial measurements and the impact of Lean initiatives (Advanced proficiency)

Ability to facilitate data and information gathering, derive insights from analytics and translate into solutions and recommended next steps to achieve desired business result (Advanced proficiency)

Ability to operate with ambiguity and bring order to unstructured problems and develop potential solutions while also learning new concepts and adapting to change quickly (Advanced proficiency)

Ability to influence without formal authority and coordinate and work effectively and virtually with teammates, end-users and leadership (Advanced proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred

Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBATM) preferred

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred

The salary range for this role is $103,700 to $273,700. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
