Inventory Office Assistant
• (Experience with QuickBooks is required for this position.)

This position begins as part-time to transition into a full-time role as additional responsibilities are integrated following the training period.

Our focus on durability, aesthetics, and functionality caters to diverse client needs, including additional services like fence repair and maintenance.


We are in search of a detail-oriented Inventory/Bookkeeping Specialist who possesses strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking. This role entails maintaining precise inventory records and executing various bookkeeping duties to ensure seamless business operations. The... ideal candidate will also have experience in administrative tasks and customer service, showcasing their ability to excel in diverse roles. Proficiency in accounting software and inventory management systems is essential, along with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for tackling challenges independently.

• Properly utilize our company software, SOS Inventory & QuickBooks Online software systems for all transactions and entries involving inventory, ensuring inventory is properly and accurately accounted.
• Primary Inventory/Bookkeeping Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

○ Receive/record customer payments.

○ Create sales orders.

○ Record purchase orders.

○ Receive Inventory orders from vendors.

○ Enter vendor payments to match open bills.

○ Monthly Inventory Adjustments

○ Monthly AP/AR maintenance
• Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience working with Quickbooks (Online or Desktop)
• Speaking – Talking to others to convey information effectively.
• Actively Listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Active Learning – Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem- solving and decision-making.
• Judgment and Decision Making – Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Time Management – Managing one’s own time and the time of others.
• Professional English
• Spanish is a plus.

• Must have 3 years or more of proven inventory management and bookkeeping experience.
• Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience with SOS Inventory Highly Valued
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Highly skilled in verbal and written communications
• Prior office software experience (Microsoft Office or Google’s G Suite)
• High level of experience with computer operations and appropriate software
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers
• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude

Must have good spoken and written English and a professional presentation (professional working environment in background, able to present themselves well on Zoom, etc). An introduction video will be requested.
