Job Description
• Main Mission

This role works independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments. And supervise and coordinated other Service Representative and sub-contractors or assigned mission. He/She is validated as L2 expert on few products ranges (for his country and the zone)

This role demonstrates applied technical experience and diagnostic for on-site project management across BU, He/She will also highlight technical and digital tools skills missing in his organization.
• Activities & areas of responsibility
• Comply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices and procedures
• Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric product & possible competition equipment.
• Ability to analyze, and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, different problems on our equipment and provide appropriated answer
• Be able to analyzed and explain reports results to customers and management
• Certification & accreditation could be required vs... Business and Country regulations.
• Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc..)
• Support planners, coordinators, project manager to get good customer site condition understanding
• Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field
• Understand Ecostruxure & Cyber Security offer and provide technical explanation to customers
• Use all digital tools designed for SE Service Representative
• Advise customers on different opportunities top optimized its install base and creat lead generation business opportunities
• Perform basic Cyber Security audits
• Perform Services Operations and provide best in class customer experience and promote Schneider signature

Qualifications
• 3 years with OT/ICS Cybersecurity project experience.
• In-depth knowledge of various enterprise security and networking solution, experience that emphasizes L2-L4 Networking, Network Security, Virtualization and Cloud Computing.
• Experience in the field of OT (Operational Technology) /ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security projects
• Preferably with achievement on ISA/IEC 62443, Cisco Certification, CEH, ECIH, NSE.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent is perferred.
• Strong communication skills both oral & written in English and Japanese.
• Needs to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Shares experience in communities and contribute to peer reviews.
