About Linear

Linear Clinical Research is an internationally recognised clinical trial company which delivers life-changing therapies to patients and participants through clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas. Our Advanced Clinical Trial Centre opened in Feb 2024 at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and is where our teams of Clinical Trial Assistants, Coordinators, Project Leads and other medical professionals work collaboratively to provide innovative therapies to the cancer patients of WA.

Due to an internal promotion, we now have an opportunity for a Clinical Trial Coordinator to join this high performing team and contribute to our purpose of improving health and access to innovative medical therapies.


Your Role in our Future

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and conduct of a wide range of clinical research across the Cancer Trials Unit in accordance with the appropriate quality... standards, rules and guidelines. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders including project teams, participants, sponsors and monitors to ensure the successful conduct and timely completion of multiple clinical trials.

A full list of your responsibilities can be found in the job description however some of your duties will include;
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders ensuring communication is conducted in a professional manner.
• Prepare and disseminate clinical trial correspondance, newsletters, and Investigational New Drug safety letters and create study-specific manuals.
• Support the coaching of others in study-related processes, procedures and assessments.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved whilst ensuring clinical trials are performed to a high standard.
• Oversee trial recruitment processes.

Conveniently located at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands, this role will be offered on a full-time basis for 12 months in the first instance with a high possibility of extension,

Skills and Experiences:

Your Experience

Ideally you will come with previous experience working in a clinical trial environment with a passion for conducting world-class clinical trials and supporting the translation of clinical research. Along with this, your application must also be able to demonstrate the following;
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing and shifting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work within standards, procedures and regulations.
• High level of professionalism with the ability to communicate effectively and present information to stakeholders.
• Self directed with the ability to work autonomously an within a collaborative team environment.
• Proven computer literacy.
