Clinical Operations Coordinator

The role
Seeking a skilled professional with a strong clinical background and administrative capabilities to support our Clinical Director.

The role involves a blend of clinical insight and operational efficiency, crucial for enhancing our client care policies and therapist hiring processes.

Key responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and refining client care policies.
• Play an integral role in the recruitment and onboarding of therapists.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to manage clinical administrative initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operation.
• Contribute to training and development programs... for clinical staff.

What we need:
• Familiarity with therapy practices and principles, such as psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies, behavior therapy, cognitive therapy, humanistic therapy, and integrative or holistic therapy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• PhD or PsyD in counseling or a related field or MD; past experience providing therapy.
• Experience in clinical settings, with a focus on mental health or therapy.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a global team.
