• Cosmetic products registration/filling business management and improvement;
• Improve the content of registration documents to reduce the risk of challenging by authority; standardize registration/filling documents; analyze the difficulties and pain points in products registration/filling and propose solutions; Analyze historical products registration/filling data and predict future risk, find problem points, propose and supervise the implementation of improvement plans to reduce and avoid the impact on the company's business caused by regulatory affairs;
• Management and optimize the registration/filling schedule/process to reduce and avoid delays in registration and filing schedules;
• Supervise the confirmation work of daily registration/filling dossiers; confirm the documents of key brands and key products, and reduce and avoid reporting materials for criticism;
• Provide business consultation on China’s regulatory affairs for HQ and other RHQs;
• Management of Chinese... label business and support relative departments;
• Cost and budget management; registration data management


Competency / 能力

Good understanding and experience on China cosmetic regulatory affairs; Familiar with the requirements on cosmetic registration/filling dossiers;

Open minded and be with good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders;

Full of passion and good leadership to lead a team to overcome challenges and difficulties;

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. / 资格证书・学历・经验等
• Bachelor’s degree or above majored in Science (chemistry; biology; medicine, etc) or life science.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a regulatory affairs role in cosmetics industries, with oversea company experiences is preferred;
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English (CET 6
