We are The Bartlett, UCL's global Faculty of the Built Environment. Individually, our departments lead their fields. In partnership, they develop new responses to pressing world issues. About the role

A Marketing Manager role is available in The Bartlett Marketing and Communications team. The successful applicant will play a key role implementing marketing activities to attract a global pipeline of applicants to The Bartlett's portfolio of education programmes and short courses. They will take the... lead on delivering effective marketing campaigns through digital channels including websites, social media, paid media and email, and creating an engaging experience for prospective students in their journey to study at The Bartlett. They will develop compelling marketing content and collateral including prospectuses, and will contribute to and, at times, lead on the organisation of a programme of events including Open Days. This role offers an exciting opportunity to step into a management position, and lead on a wide range of marketing campaigns and events for a world-leading education brand. The role will support a cluster of 4 academic departments within The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment - including the Bartlett School of Architecture, The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, the Bartlett Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis and UCL's Urban Lab - working closely with academic leads and developing in-depth knowledge of each department's education portfolio.

About you

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience implementing marketing plans and campaigns across a range of channels including websites, social media, paid media and email. They will have a flair for creating compelling marketing content, with excellent copywriting skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different audiences. They will bring a data-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to assess and improve performance using data analytics.
