ROLE OVERVIEW:

As our Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our founder, managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. You’ll be responsible for team reporting, recruiting, scheduling interviews, managing emails, calendar management, job postings, social media uploads, and coordinating with the team on various projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Calendar Management: Schedule and manage meetings and interviews.
• Email Management: Oversee executive email correspondence with prompt responses.
• Recruiting: Post job listings on LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms; assist in screening candidates.
• Social Media: Upload and manage content on Facebook and Instagram.
• Coordination: Collaborate with team members on shared files and documents.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

COMPENSATION:

We offer above-market rates for exceptional talent (for this EA role specifically). Compensation will be based on your skills and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience (1+ years) as an Executive Assistant for a US-based CEO.
• Experience with e-commerce businesses.
• Quick adaptability to technologies like Facebook, Skype, Trello, Shopify.
• Perfect written and spoken English.
• Extremely, extremely responsive and active.
• High passion and energy. We're looking for energy givers, not takers.
• Availability 5 days a week, aligned with PST schedule.
• Background in recruiting and navigating platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

MUST HAVE - Fast, stable internet connection. Work environment must be conducive to answering the phone quickly and professionally during business hours with no background noise.

WORKING HOURS:

Full-time position (40 hours/week): The hours will be in PST - from 9 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday.
