Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Mount Gravatt, QLD. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on our Pallet Racking and Warehouse Industrial Storage systems, and delivering tailored solutions. The Account Manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, generating sales leads, and... meeting sales targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in account management or sales
• Knowledge of Pallet Racking and Warehouse Industrial Storage systems
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
