The Role:

You'll be the right-hand person to our co-founders, handling their calendars, travel arrangements, and personal communications and contracts with finesse. Your proactive approach will ensure... they stay organised and focused on strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee household tasks and maintenance including household bills and pet-related responsibilities and tasks
• Manage and organize personal bills
• Coordinate medical appointments and manage health-related matters
• Assist with personal tax-related documentation and filing
• Plan and organize travel arrangements, including visa applications, manage hotel bookings and itineraries
• Assist with personal shopping and procurement needs
• Manage reservations for various personal activities
• Coordinate personal meal arrangements and deliveries
• Monitor & maintain the Co-founder’s diaries (across multiple time zones), emails and communications and filtering/advising as appropriate.
• Support in administrative tasks, such as expense tracking/reporting, bank coordination, shareholder/board communication, maintaining document filing, staff onboarding, etc.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Highly organised with the ability to work under high pressure situations
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to “figure things out” when faced with unfamiliar situations or requests
• Strong technology skills - high proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Excel
• Calm and friendly personality, displaying the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, go-getter attitude - is not afraid to tackle new tasks head on with a can do attitude
• Must have outstanding written & spoken English and Cantonese.
