The Account Manager's primary function is to optimize host revenue through proactive and effective management of property portfolio. You require proactive performance management and retention of a group of full time hosts.

What you will be doing:
• Developing relationships with landlords through the phone and in-person
• Collaborate cross functionally with our operations team to provide a best in class service
• Act as a point of escalations for Support when major issues with host satisfaction arise
• Case management.
• Onboarding of new high value hosts, or expansion of existing... portfolio

What are we looking for in you?
• Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal
• Minimum 2 years experience in account management
• Experience building strong business relationships and using these for influence
• Proficient in G Suite and Excel
• Experience with CRM
• You are fluent in French
