We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Finance Manager is responsible for TWI Indonesia monthly management accounts, supporting commercial operations, implementation robust processes and policies, complying with statutory and local requirements, managing Act of acceptance and transfer pricing issues and timely filing of tax returns, handling internal and external audits, administering payrolls, compiling and presenting reports, budgets, commentaries and reconciling bank statements as well as analysing trends... costs, revenues and reporting these to management.

Description of role:
• Responsible for month end closing, review of Balance Sheet, Profit or Loss, Cash Flow Statement and all transactions related to Assets, Liabilities, Income and Expenses.
• Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including record keeping requirements.
• Resopnsible for managing issues of trasnfer pricing mechanism and Act of Acceptance.
• Conducting audits of internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and group policies.
• Analysing financial data and providing support to management in decision making.
• Reconcile any discrepancies in financial reports i.e. Journals, GL, TB, Income Statement and Balance Sheet etc.
• Ensure all reconciliations including Banks, Related Party, Debtors and Creditors are prepared and requisite financial information is uploaded to Accounting Software (1C & QuickBooks online).
• Ensure preparation of month end journals for accruals, prepayments and other provisions.
• Prepare and implement internal controls for financial reporting and build processes.
• Preparation and presentation of Management information in a manner to ensure compliance with monthly packs as per overseas standard reporting template & statutory audits.
• Provide support in reconciling and agreeing intercompany balances on a monthly basis.
• Assisting the Country Manager and the SEA/Overseas Financial Controller with annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Work closely with the SEA/Overseas Financial Controller and other Senior Finance team members on a variety of ad hoc finance transformation tasks and other projects.
• Oversee bank accounts ensuring that accounts are operated within Delegation of Authority policy.
• Reviewing transactions and supporting documents in the accounting systems to ensure that information captured into the accounting system is accurate and fulfill statutory audit requirements.
• Oversee and manage payroll process and reporting.
• Review and coordinate the monthly Management Accounts and Information pack with all relevant staff in the TWI Group.
• Liaison with local regulatory bodies and financial institutions on financial matters.
• Control and monitor debt collection process and ageing status by working closely with sales team.
• Supports decision making through analysis of relevant financial information, budgets, forecasts and other reports.
• Perform adhoc tasks and prepare relevant reports in both local currencies and GBP as required.
• Perform other duties realating to Finance as requested by line manager.
