Job Description

To reinforce theSynechron Switzerlandinternal team, we are looking for aPre-Sales Consultant / Technical Sales PMO.

Your responsibilities:
• Supporting early stage pre-sales activities: based on client needs identified by the sales team, deliver tailor made documentation of Synechron service offering and uses cases / references to make our clients and prospects more familiar with our expertise and differentiators.
• Collaborating... with senior stakeholders: work with cross-functional global practice subject matter expert teams to elicit and research detailed delivery capabilities of our service offering, while matching our capabilities to client needs to create tailored technical offerings.
• Leading our administrative sales activities: support the identification of lead generation, collect contact data, conduct background research, and keep sales support tools up to date: Salesforce, Trello, SharePoint, etc.
• Analyzing customers' technical requirements: taking part in meetings with the sales team to identify and understand our customers' needs / analyzing our customer's existing digital landscape / confirming expectations of our customers.
• Assessing the technical feasibility of the project: identify the technologies, best practices, processes, methodologies and frameworks to be used / Assess our capability to handle the projects / Assess the implementation of the solutions on our customer's premises and pitch the implementation approach.
• Participating in drawing up the technical and commercial offer: defines, alone or in collaboration with other Synechron SMEs involved, the technical solution best suited to our customer's needs.
• Technology and competition watching: participate in working groups on technological and product developments / Detects recurring customer needs / Informs marketing of competing offers and customer requests / Monitors technologies.
• Participating in kick-off projects: lead projects kick off sessions with a presentation of the project's requirements, stakes, objectives, targets, roadmaps and a clear definition of roles and responsibilities of the involved parties.
• Working within a global team and collaborate with different internal services and external third parties with occasional travels to Switzerland.

Qualifications

Your background:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, with IT specialization
• OR Bachelor Degree in IT, with focus on technical sales/business
• Presales Consultant / Technical Sales Support PMO experience (min 3-5 years); Pre-Sales PMO, Product engineer, Pre-Sales engineer, Technical sales, are positions which, held during previous professional experience.
• Experience in large-scale projects within a global matrix organization, ideally in IT consulting, Financial Technology or similar
• Familiarity with project proposals within IT engineering and consulting, including understanding of implementation estimations on cost and timelines
• Excellent command of MS PowerPoint, able to create and design quality client facing presentations.
• Good command of Salesforce, MS Excel as well as SharePoint;

• Self-starter, efficient and highly organized.

Your mission:
• Supporting the sales team with all sales related activities, from administrative PMO support to pre-sales documentation and proposals.
• Engaging with the wider Synechron team and operate in collaboration and consultation with others.
• Operating as a subject matter expert and demonstrating our service offering.
• Staying ahead of market trends and familiar with current and future banking industries challenges and changes.
• Providing presales technical support to customers and liaise to audiences who are non-technical on technical matters.
