Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Reports To: President

Employment Type: Full-time


Method Q is seeking an energetic, results-focused Sales Account Executive to help drive explosive growth for our company. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for targeting, developing, managing and closing new business. The AE will be responsible for managing the sales process for Method Q service portfolio to target new key client targets.

The Sales Account Executive is expected... to:
• Work closely with leadership and (account executive/service delivery team) to strategize and administer turn-key, prescriptive service solutions to prospects.
• Represent and model Method Q’s company culture both internally and externally
• Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities within the Ideal Client Profile
• Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and services, and secure strategic commercial commitments
• Gain a clear understanding of client needs and desired outcomes, and align the proper Method Q project solution to the clients’ business needs, challenges, and requirements
• Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, including key stakeholders at all levels of the organization including C-Suite
• Provide value positioning on how Method Q’s offerings can help potential clients and why they should choose to partner with Method Q
• Deliver regular status and result updates to internal teams
• Follow an established, documented sales process
• Proactively and efficiently manage resources with dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive staff around opportunities to ensure successful outcomes
• Accurately forecast business using the Hubspot CRM

Ideal candidates will possess the following characteristics and experience:
• An effective team player that can work well across all functions in our organization.
• High energy, results-driven
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of successful sales experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota, preferably selling marketing services or in a services industry
• Good executive presence, communication skills, and credibility
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
• Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting
• Ability to resolve complex problems
• Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships
• Ability to handle multiple sales cycles simultaneously
