The Role

To serve up great food, by putting our customers at the heart of everything you do. You'll create a great place to work by being proud of the work you do and working hard with your team to get things done. Most... importantly, you'll have lots of fun along the way. Bring to life kitchen excellence in your site by driving the passion for food in your business and encouraging knowledge and pride throughout the whole team. Prepare and deliver excellent standards of food quality at all times, paying particular attention to brand specifications to make sure all dishes are cooked and delivered right first time. You'll role model our winning ways, showing how we genuinely care about our customers, how we confidently strive to be the best at what we do, and are committed to working hard for each other. You'll inspire confidence and belief in your people and will build an exceptional team who understand how we help each other to do well.

What we look for
• Experienced Chef (Level 2 NVQ in professional cookery)
• Passion for food and a great understanding of cooking
• A strong leader of teams highly organised, confident and self-motivated
• High levels of energy and drive
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Experience of leading change
• Previous responsibility for purchasing
