This role is designed to ensure our clients and partners find the utmost value in our solutions right from the start, setting the stage for their success and ours. Unlike traditional sales roles that operate reactively, this role is about proactively addressing the business needs of potential and existing customers . It's about understanding the business environment of the client, not just the technical specifications. Whether it's helping an HR manager launch an intranet or advising on the best practices for user management and design, your main objective is to provide solutions that meet the client's business requirements. You'll be working with a variety of stakeholders, from C-level to technical admins. This requires a deep understanding of both the Atlassian ecosystem and the unique use cases faced by our clients. Take a closer look at our case studies here> Key responsibilities in the role: Engage customers and partners proactively: Lead tailored product demos and workshops to address unique customer challenges. Offer personalized support through 1-on-1s, small group sessions, or asynchronous communications for a smooth onboarding. Serve as a crucial link to Customer Success, ensuring seamless transitions. Advise on use case strategies: Provide expert advice on optimal use case strategies, closely working with internal and consulting teams to tailor solutions. Ensure Refined's offerings meet client needs effectively, conveying our value clearly to new users. Support sales and partner teams, collaborate with product teams: Utilize technical expertise to identify new opportunities and foster teamwork. Coordinate with various teams to manage complex cases and strengthen support structures. Maintain industry knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of product developments, industry trends, and competitors to provide informed recommendations and stay ahead. Contribute to growth and marketing efforts: Report to our Chief Growth Officer Joonas and play a key role in enhancing funnel conversions with the Marketing team. Create materials to optimize onboarding and engagement, and collaborate with the product team to refine strategies based on client feedback and use cases. What does your success in the role look like in one year? Your first 30 days with us: Get a grasp on Refined’s products, customer base, and operations. Demonstrate success by creating a solution engineering plan that aligns with our goals. Your first 3 months: Proactive lead management. Own and manage new leads effectively, using insights from Customer Success and product teams for client queries. Handle a diverse lead portfolio efficiently. Your first year: Drive value by managing high-value opportunities, improving conversion rates, and reducing early-stage churn. This role would be based in our Malmö office in Sweden, Helsinki office in Finland, or remotely within the EU or US. The rest of the team is located in Sweden and Finland, and we also have people in Brazil, United States, Croatia, The Netherlands and Portugal.
