Job Description Manage daily accounting operations and ensure a robust internal accounting control system is in place. Establish effective relationships with employees and drive employee performance within the Accounting, IT and Purchasing department. Provide advice and assistance to the Executive Committee and department heads in internal controls and all finance-related matters. Maintain healthy relationships with third parties: tax, banking, insurance, auditors and other commercial partners. Maintain a positive relationship with the owner. Professional experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. CPA pr fr. Minimum 10 years in multinational companies preferably in hotel accounting with at least the last 5 years in a similar management position. Excellent knowledge of the accounting system and the Excel program. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Fluency in English, French and Arabic, both spoken and written.
