Responsibilities
• Huawei Brand awareness and stay up to date in consumer journey. Lead the team to show strong interest in consumers, leading them to learn the product, expand their passion, and finds solution.
• store team to deliver KPIs for the store’s various programs. You take full responsibility to deliver the expected financial goals and consumer experience standards.
• ownership to interview, select and develop a knowledgeable talent pool. You’re accountable to your team’s customer service quality, work attitude and get your team well trained with all required knowledge and validate their knowledge
• the workforce to expand their potentials to teach and inspire consumers how to get the most out of their Huawei products individually or in a group setting. Active in Discover Huawei program execution.
• initiative to learn and apply current up-to-date retail practices and trend in your day-to-day work through building new retail strategies and action on those strategies.
•... deliver high standards on in-store marketing events, social media operations, visual compliance, marketing and promotion program executions, inventory control and data reporting.
• proactive to collaborate with local business groups, NGOs organizations and colleges to enrich community focus. Build My Huawei Program base.
• Take the lead to organize and deliver team training as required.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• Work experience at Retail Store Management of 5 years and above .
• English and Local Language.
• Presentation Skill.
• Data Analytical Skill.
• PowerPoint Business Reporting Skill.
• Business Strategies.
• Knowledge at Social-Media Marketing, Event Marketing, Product Training and Human Resource Management.
