DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the... role

Exclusive Networks Croatia, a leading distributor of IT security solutions, is seeking an passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Zagreb. The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and explore new business opportunities in the field of IT solutions represented by Exclusive Networks Croatia.

This role will report to Sales Director of Croatia.

As the Product Manager, you will:
• Product Portfolio Management: Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Vendor and Partner Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, collaborate with vendors on product launches, promotions, and training programs and negotiate product pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and positioning, deliver product presentations, demos, assist in the creation of sales strategies and campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, plan and participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Customer Engagement: Gather and analyze customer feedback, act as a point of contact for key customers regarding product inquiries and issues, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective product support.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on product performance metrics, including sales, market share, and profitability, stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Product Manager:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in selling IT solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Croatian, both written and spoken
• Proactive and self-driven work ethic, team player
• Passion for IT security technologies and innovation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Active driving car experience (B category license)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field and experience in IT security is a plus
