We are searching for a Vibrant Brand Manager to be part of our crew and become a HEINEKEN Pioneer. What does this involve? It signifies that you will play a significant role in championing brands like Heineken, Neumarkt, or Golden Brau.


Executes the brand plan for the designated brand to ensure value and volume growth, profitability, congruent with the company's strategy.

• Portfolio Management:
• Displays a deep comprehension of the brand's role in the category and segment, utilizing price and packaging structure to customize brand propositions in each channel.
• Exhibits robust analytical skills in assessing and tracking key performance indicators for the brand and can draw valuable commercial insights to unlock growth prospects or tackle potential obstacles.
• Consumer-Centric:
• Utilizes research and various information sources to... consistently observe consumer behavior at all pertinent touchpoints, encompassing the POP.
• Produces pertinent consumer insights for constructing brand distinctiveness.
• Stays updated on market dynamics and conducts routine market visits to stay attuned to market actuality.
• Brand Strategy:
• Aligns with the long-term vision and strategy, short-term plans, and activations for the assigned brand to bolster the sanctioned brand vision.
• Ensures the accurate execution of brand identity guidelines and all facets of brand communication (internally and externally).
• Groundbreaking Communication:
• Collaborates with the Media Manager and Media agency to ensure the execution of the media strategy for the specified brand, aligned with Brand Communication goals.
• Channels Comprehension:
• Demonstrates comprehension of channel segmentation and the role of distinct channels in Brand Strategy and activation. Establishes organizational alignment and dedication to effectively roll out planned activities across Commercial functions (Sales, Trade Marketing).
• Brand Financial Agility:
• Exhibits a solid grasp of brand P&L allowing for a proper evaluation of financial opportunities and collaboration with the finance team to present clear business cases with sound financial recommendations.

• We are on the lookout for an ambitious marketer with a proven growth mindset, concentrating on success as a team and on continuous self and team enhancement.
• Marketing experience – minimum 5 years; preferable previous involvement in Brand Manager positions
• Demonstrated Project Management skills and excellent presentation abilities
• Consumer-focused and problem-solving outlook
• Outstanding communication skills - adept at coordinating with multiple teams and engaging various stakeholders
• Proficiency in English Language: fluent
