About the opportunity
• Conductbusiness reviews with accounts and identify business opportunitiesand business relationships which result in the achievement ofincreased revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners,understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

via regular visits, phone calls and emails.
• Provideexcellent service and support by regular calling to build strongrelationships and resolve operational issues between vendors andpartners..
• Make sure that the item lists of the vendorsare up to date at all times.
• Optimise the vendor content(MOA, delivery time, prep time, etc).
• Educate newpartners on basic operational and content knowledge to helpkickstart and maintain their performance on talabat.
• Automate and digitalize vendor experience by pushing for vendorportal adoption, self-service and self-booking through talabatvendor dashboard
• Commission rate renegotiation : Buildingnew commercial... relationships by renewing the existing contacts byrenegotiating the offer
