Responsibilities:
• Analyze the local market status, strategize and execute the business plan, and reach the business goals aligning with the company's strategy;
• Discover market possibilities, set up sales networks, develop and oversee agents or distribution channels;
• Perform market analysis and competitor research, devise the marketing strategy to enhance the visibility of the company's brand in the local market;
• Establish the local team, oversee task distribution, training, performance evaluation, and talent management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Trading, or related fields;
• 5-10 years of experience in sales or marketing roles within the Lubricant Additives sector;
• Proficiency in the local language and English;
• Demonstrated business insight, creativity, and account supervision skills;
• Prior leadership exposure is highly desirable.
• Enthusiasm for building up from ground zero.
